Power in a plain ole stick {Michigan Childrens Photographer}

Sunday was so amazingly gorgeous that after my Christmas Mini Session Shoots my son and daughter and I …along with our little Daisy…went on a walk in the park down the road from us.  While walking my son picked up ‘The Walking Stick’ and brought it home.  What fun the kids had with that stick…and it even made it into our little family photo shoot I needed to get done for my OWN Christmas cards.  Ya know, Xbox 360, Wii, going to Disney (well maybe not that), all couldn’t hold a candle to the imagination of a kid and the limitless ability to make found objects fun and interesting.

STICKS FOR ALL YOU IN YOUR STOCKINGS THIS YEAR:)

What power a stick has?

Creative Studios 4th Annual Pottery Sale

Hey everyone…last year Todd and I were basking in the Hawaiian sun on a cruise to the islands so we were not home to be able to organize our pottery sale. We have to say we were truely humbled by the people who were contacting us before our trip and even after to find out if we are still hosting this–but it was a bit too much for us to try to swing.
NOW, we are at home and therefore the Pottery Sale is alive and well and we are in our 4th year.

Please take a look at the information below and we would love to see you that night!! You know who you are..our creative, pottery starved friends:)

Boy Oh Boy {Michigan Senior Photographer}

I had the pleasure to meet Mr. “C” a few weeks ago and we trasped over to Holly to check out the sites and areas to shoot in even thought there wasn’t a lick of sun out and weather was threatening! We even enjoyed meeting up with his sister and “Spencer”…their dog.

It was refreshing to shot a guy…:)

Wow! Gorgeous portrait!! And that looks like such a cool location!

Fenton Senior Sneak Peek—sorry it is SO late:) {Michigan Senior Photographer}

This is kinda late….so sorry about that Miss “C”!! She is one of my reps that attend Fenton High School and she is just so cute and petite, with an edgy-ness to her that is simple and pure! When we met at our outdoor location to shoot it was so funny…here her mom and her came up with a stroller. I didn’t know she had a younger sibling and thought they may have been babysitting or something. Well, it was her CAT!! Yep, all you cat lovers they make strollers for you CAT!! It was SO CUTE!!!

Again….even though the weather is turning cold and you Seniors out there who haven’t gotten your Senior Portraits done it is still possible. I do shoot all year round!! YEP, even in the snow! OR—we can get your headshot for you yearbook completed and we can do your outdoor session in the spring. OR—I HAVE A STUDIO!! Cool and very unique backdrops that will bring beautiful, FUN & FUNKY FOTOS!!

She is a beautiful girl. I LOVE the clothes that she chose. Great dress. Great leopard ballet flats. Great photos of her. If she doesn’t love them she’s crazy. :D

Christy Anderson - November 10, 2009 - 9:38 am

The feather shot is awesome. Very creative and original – Love it!

Je Neuhaus - November 10, 2009 - 3:44 pm

Another creative “score” for you! You are sooo good at senior photography, they look so natural and comfortable in and you bring out their gorgeous selves! Doesn’t hurt that you get the best looking subjects! Do you style their wardrobe or do you just luck out having clients with great taste?

Lovely Miss “A” brought out the sunshine for her session – {Senior Michigan Photographer}

Miss “A” can bring out the sun with just her smile and attitude! She is so sweet, fun and a joy to shoot that I could have photographed her for 2 more hours but alas…the night was swiftly coming down on us and it WAS a school night:)

So we have our ordering session next week and she will get to view all of these on her gallery tomorrow….BUT I am here to show her a sneak-peek now!

Can’t wait for you to see the rest my dear!

Fall Wardrobe Ideas—helping to stimulate this economy:)

Hi everyone…as I have posted my Christmas Card Mini session info and a look-see at the set-up I also wanted to let families know that the gift that keeps giving is a beautiful portrait of those that you love.

With the mini session it is a little limited due to that is the only background to be used as well as it really is a 15 minute minute shoot with a view of 5-10 images only.

For a more custom session, mulitple areas to shoot and wearing outfits that will not only flatter ANY family but look like you just stepped out of a OLD NAVY advertisement, setting up a family session is the way to go. Yep–this is where I let you know that most of the outfits are from Old Navy and the Gap.

REMINDER—-All orders for the Christmas must be made no later than December 1st to ensure proper delivery. Therefore, all sessions must be completed before November 22nd.

Call to get in the books!!!

I love the simplicity and absolute freshness of your holiday set! I can’t wait to see the images from your sessions! If I lived closer I’d have to bring my daughter, would be great for tweens as well as families and kids. So many of the holiday sets only work for the younger kids, not this one!
